Our goal is to help people achieve better health and their best quality of life.
We are passionate about helping the community, teaching people that they really can be active anywhere and everywhere, and how to make small changes over time to help clients meet their goals.
The Mission of Alme Be Well is to help clients break free from their unhealthy habits to improve their quality of life through forward-thinking nutritional counseling.
At Alme Be Well, W
e firmly believe:
Clients are their own experts and we support their journey.
People are capable and can experience success.
Our job is never judgmental, but instead to support clients wherever they are starting to get wherever they want to go.
Our approach is to support and challenge you to live and be your healthiest self:
You are in the driver seat of your journey.
What we eat is very personal and change is a lot of work. Most of us know what we should be eating, but changing your habits is hard and we all can use some support. Our goal is to help as many people as possible accomplish their health and wellness goals with care, support and accountability.

I was born in Massachusetts and raised in a small town in Maine with my older brother and twin sister, who kept life interesting!
I completed my undergraduate studies at the University of Maine in Orono, where I achieved two degrees: one in Psychology and one in Nutrition.
My studies then brought me south to James Madison University in Virginia, where I obtained a Masters degree in Nutrition and Physical Activity. Traveling further south to Atlanta, GA I completed the Dietetic Internship and became a Registered Dietitian in 2011.
